I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.

Andrea is awesome! She listened to what I was looking for, she got to know me as a person in order to find the right place for me. One thing I most appreciated about Andrea was her honesty, she wasn't just trying to find me any old place, I could tell that it was genuine and that she cared. When it came to submitting an offer, signing a lease and organizing everything for the handover and utilities, it all went so smoothly. She was on top of everything which really helped with my moving process, as I didn't really have to worry about anything. Flo was fantastic! She took the time to understand all of our expectations and found the best properties to meet those. She was also very candid and coached us through our expectations. By having a more honest set of expectations & requirements, we were able to see opportunities in properties that we would have initially rejected for not meeting ALL of our requirements.
